PLEASE READ CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING
The 2026 Virginia Aviation Conference will be held August 19-21, 2026 at the Williamsburg Lodge. Registration fees for full conference Attendees or Exhibitors include all programs and meals.
Each person attending (including spouses or guests) must have their own registration under their own name. If you are registering for multiple persons, complete each individual registration, then click on the "Add Another Person" button.
If you have a spouse or guest traveling with you, that is not attending conference sessions, we offer a special Spouse & Guest Activity on Thursday consisting of a guided historic walking tour. For those spouses or guests that would like to attend the Wednesday Awards Banquet and/or the Thursday Reception, those tickets are also available on the registration page. The Thursday Reception ticket also includes the Ghost Tour, or that ticket can be purchased separately.
Conference networking breakfasts and lunches are open only to full conference registrants and exhibitors.
