PLEASE READ CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING
The 2024 Virginia Aviation Conference will be held August 7-9, 2024 at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles. Registration fees for full conference Attendees or Exhibitors include all programs and meals. Multiple attendees and their appropriate registration types can be recorded by clicking on the "Add Another Person" link after registering an initial attendee.
If you have a spouse or guest traveling with you, that is not attending conference sessions, we offer a special Spouse & Guest Program. For those spouses or guests that would like to attend the Wednesday Awards Banquet and/or the Thursday Reception, those tickets are also available on the registration page.
